The actual commercial 45 running time is (3:52), the listed time is "3:47" on the record label. (Epic 34-05412)

Thanks for straightening this out, Ed! The LP version of REO Speedwagon's "Live Every Moment" runs 4:59, although Joel Whitburn lists a time of 2:54 for the commercial vinyl 45. There is also a white label DJ promo 45 pressing (catalog number: Epic 34-05412) with a run time of 3:47 printed on the label.

There is no mention of the commercial or promo 45 run times for "Live Every Moment" in the 10th edition.
