There is a very good box called "The Paul McCartney - The
Singles Collection 1971-1990" from the year 2012, made by
fans, an unmissable bootleg, in flac quality, where all
the singles were delivered in the best possible quality
and where it was included:

The Playout Version on Wingspan is the 45 B-side, but it has the first second of the intro cut off, so it starts right as the horns do, instead of on the synth chord that starts beforehand.

If only they had included the full-length "Coming Up" with the audience chanting on "Wingspan." Good point, Ed. The "ballad" version is the one I've always heard played on the radio and thus definitely what I would consider to be the "hit" version. I can't say I've ever heard the "playout" version on the airwaves.
