The only CD currently listed in the database for this Top 40 hit appears on the sometimes-iffy-quality Ripete label, and runs a few seconds shorter than my original 1971 45 does, at just (2:36). For anyone else interested, however, I have just obtained an excellent sounding, actual (2:40) 45 length stereo version of this song, on an Import "2-for-1" CD, from the always-top-quality Ace (UK) label. Apparently first produced back in 1994, it is titled "Swamp Dogg Presents: Z.Z. Hill-"The Brand New Z.Z.
