Brian, I also happen to have two copies of the promo 45. Only one side, for both promos, is "I Don't Know How To Love Him" (the flip side for both is "Overture: Jesus Christ Superstar".) However, both promo 45s for the "I Don't Know..." side state, and are in fact, stereo, and happen to be the same listed (3:35), actual (3:32) version as my commercial 45. I do know that the 45 version and the "Original Soundtrack" version are different.
