Different pressing plants is also the likely explanation for the MAM-3619/45-3619 record number variations. <br /><br />That's actually the letter "<strong>Z</strong>" prefix - as in <strong>Z</strong>XDR - on your stereo copy's matrix number, which was London's code for stereo on their 45s.<br /><br />The 1976-ish <a href="http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh240/YahShure/GilbertOSullivan-Al&#111;neAgainNaturall.jpg" target="_blank">reissue 45</a> on the MAM "great hits" series was mono, as was its flip side, "Out Of The Question."<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Yah Shure</span>]]>

There's no marking on the label indicating stereo.  For what it's <br />worth, the mono single label # is MAM-3619, while on the stereo single it's <br />45-3619.  Was  the stereo 45 a re-release after the song hit big?]]>
