The difference is in the intro. The LP/stereo 45 starts with FOUR, 7-note electric guitar segments, before the drums kick in with the first loud, "bum-bum-bum-bum" sequence. But for both the mono promo & stock 45's, the opening electric guitar segments have been sliced down, from four to just two. I haven't checked on the "earlier mono promo/stock 45 fade" info that Grant posted earlier in this thread. Assuming it is true, though, I believe the two versions to be otherwise identical. ]]>
