Pat, for the songs from the "album cut" era we tried to get the promo singles and would usually list the promo time, since that's what most people heard on the radio and were familiar with. While entering this information in the database, I looked up the running time in Joel Whitburn's Hot 100 Annual and found the listed running time to be (4:37).
