if you fade the 'best of' cd (stax 60-007) for 0:11 from
2:48 to 2:59 you can effectively re-create the vinyl 45

"Heavy Makes You Happy" comes from The Staple Singers' 1971 vinyl LP The Staple Swingers on the Stax label and I'd bet all CD appearances to date are based on the LP length. My commercial 45, which is mono, has a listed time of (2:58) and an actual time of (2:59).
