my commercial 45 issued as arista 0692 states a run time on the label of 3:46 but actually runs 3:54

Todd, both the stereo and mono sides of my promo 45 have a listed time of (3:46), but an actual time of (3:55), same as my commercial 45. While on the subject of "Even the Nights Are Better", there are two CDs in the database where the song runs 3:28, yet there are currently no comments explaining this significantly shorter length. Is there a DJ 45 that runs 3:28? Or is the song on these discs simply an early fade of the 45 and LP lengths? My commercial 45 has a listed time of (3:46), but an actual time of (3:55).
