Abagon reports his commercial 45 copy of "How Do I Survive" states a run time of 3:13 and actually does run that length. Based on an mp3 file Edtop40 has sent me, the 45 version of Amy Holland's "How Do I Survive" runs 3:09 and has never been issued on CD. All CD appearances of this song listed in the 10th edition are the LP version, which runs 3:57.
