I, for once, have the promo CD single - Giant PRO-CD-4617, 1990. It's got three tracks:
  1. Hold You Tight (Radio Edit - printed 3:46 actual 3:46), also 45 A-side
  2. Hold You Tight (All Night Extended Mix - printed 6:44 actual 6:45), also 45 B-side
  3. Hold You Tight (Album Version - printed 4:43 actual 4:43)
The only other place I've seen the Radio Edit is on Hitmakers Vol. 46 (December 7, 1990), and it's digitally exactly 1.724 dB quieter than the CD single before 0:14.2 and 1.901 dB quieter after 0:14.2.

The album version is readily available on lots of CDs, including these:
  • Body Talk - Hearts On Fire (Time-Life R834-21, 2000)
  • Mega Hits (PolyTel Canada 845 609-2, 1991; digitally exactly 0.5 dB louder than Body Talk)
  • Living In The 90s (Razor & Tie S22-18601, 1995; different EQ than above two - samples line up but don't cancel)
  • Pump Up The Jam! '90s Dance Hits (Realm OPCD-3601, 2002)
The sound quality is pretty good on all of the above CDs.

Here are instructions for creating the Radio Edit from the LP versions; timing based on Body Talk CD:

Remove the first 8 beats from 0:00.0-0:05.6.
Start on the downbeat.
Keep the 8 beats from 0:05.6-0:10.4.
Edit on the downbeat.
Remove the 16 beats from 0:10.4-0:20.0.
Keep the 240 beats from 0:20.0-2:43.9.
Edit on the downbeat.
Remove the 32 beats from 2:43.9-3:03.1.
Keep the 128 beats from 3:03.1-4:19.8.
Put a 32 beat fade from 4:00.6-4:19.8.
