Dan, here's what's on my promo 45:

Both sides are identical: listed 3:49, actual 4:04. It doesn't quite make it to 4:05.

Belinda's breath is audible before she starts singing.

FWIW, the "Promo 7" Edit" I mentioned seems to be an early fade of the Album Version, although the Promo Edit doesn't have that 1-second opening of Belinda breathing
before starting to sing like on the Album and Single Version. Also, at about 3:34 into the song, the line "We'll make heaven a place on earth" is sung, followed by 3

I can't speak for the promo 45, but if anyone has it, they might want to check both sides to see if the "Promo 7" Edit" I described is on either side. I suppose this
version could also have been the Single Version in the UK or some other country as well. If the Promo 45 does have the Album Version on each side, I imagine it's

Is it possible one side of the promo 45 runs 3:49 while the other side runs 4:05? The 2013 remaster/expanded edition has a bonus track of the song running about 3:50 that is
specifically labelled as "Promo 7" Edit". I have always considered the promo CD single to be the correct version. From what you described do any of the versions coming after it match it, or is the promo cd that much different than the 45?

This is one of those times I wish you would do your famous breakdown for this single. Lord knows it needs one! Is the true 45 on CD?
