I never realized he actually recorded it as a solo record. It hit #40 in Billboard in August, 1991, but I can't remember it at all from back then. My 45 pool mailed it to me, though, and I still have the 45.

The 45 has a printed time of (5:19) and an actual run time of (5:16). I assume it's the LP version, since it's not labeled.

I have the song on Hitmakers Vol. 53 May 31, 1991, where it runs (4:14). It's an early fade of the 45 (LP version?), with a 32-beat fade, starting and ending on the downbeats at around 3:58 and 4:16, respectively.
