The 45 edit appears on the 2020 Japanese Singles Collection recently released on CD. For anyone looking to make the single edit out of the 5:22 LP version, there are just two edits. I can serve them up to you:

Remove 2:09.3 to 2:50.1. The edit is on the 4-beat (the two-note, half-step synth) after "serve somebody."

Then remove 2:44.6 to 3:25.1 (3:25.4 - 4:05.9 of the LP version). My promo copy is 5:22/3:57. I'd always thought the short version was a radio edit, and the long version was the commercial version.
