According to some reviews on Amazon, the CD, The Playboy Years was reissued again in 2007.

Is that the version on iTunes? A new Eric CD with some more "lost" favorites would look good along side the other fantastic discs they've done over the years.
Great idea!

Since Bill isn't a big 70's fan maybe someone on the panel would like to lend a hand.

I've been told by Ann Hamilton (ex-wife of member Dan Hamilton and co-writer of "Winners & Loser") that Sony owns the Playboy masters, including the HJF&R masters from the Playboy period, and that that's where the master tapes are supposedly located. It doesn't seem like it will ever see the light of day.
The song wasn't a huge chart hit.
For 99 cents its passable.
I always liked the piano in that one.

Who would have access to the Playboy recordings?
When "Fallin' In Love" was on the "Have A Nice Day" series of discs didn't it say courtesy MCA?

yes, it's a needle drop. The record company president John Edwards, president of Renaissance Records, told me so himself that he used noise reduction to reduce the record's pops and clicks. In listening to the The Playboy Years over at iTunes, it sounds as though "Winners & Losers" is an original recording and not a re-recording.

Is this true?
