Bumping this up as I don't see an answer to the question of whether or not the 7" single is just an early fade, sped up, both, or edited.

Anyone have the 7" single to compare?

Since all CD appearances of this song in the database run :04-:05 longer, I suspect we may be dealing with a 45/LP length difference here.
