On what cd? This might be the pickiest one yet, but I just heard an extra fraction of a second note on the beginning of this song that isn't on the 45. For lack of a better way to explain it, the 45 starts with a single bell or chime note and the CD version starts with a "p-plink" or double note. Other than that the two sound the same.
