The stereo version on ERIC's "HTF POP INSTRUMENTALS" is not the hit 45 version. The stereo version has male chorus from 1:10-1:27. The mono hit version does not. The chorus begins at 1:27. Does anyone know whether the stereo version is an LP version or an alternate stereo version?

The Columbia 45018 "Rock Classics Of The 60's" cd has the correct eidt and running time. Many other stereo versions have the correct edit but are slower than the 45 so I will have to go through each one and post the results in the database when I have listened to all of the cd's that contain this song.

Subsequent pressings corrected this problem. Another cd, "Spotlight On Hank Ballard & The Midnighters" added a lot of extra reverb not found on the 45.

Edited by Moderator
