The only version that I'm aware of is either mono with stereo reverb, or the stereo mix is so narrow that it sounds mono, with the only

Are the stereo elements basically the reverb? I tried cutting the center channel on a couple of copies and it just sounded like Jim moved to an gymnasium next door...
