my commercial 45 lists the run time on the label as

Good info, Paul. My U.S. commercial 45 of Fats Domino's "I'm in Love Again" runs about 1:52, give or take a second. (I'm always hesitant to mention run times on this board since its members have come to expect more accurate timings than I'm able to provide.) The recording was substantially sped up when released in 1956.
