There's been some discussion here regarding the promo CD single release for Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror" but haven't seen any details posted. My research indicates the following track listing and reported run times on Epic ESK 1006:

1) Radio Edit - 4:55
2) LP Version - 5:17

I'm assuming here that the "Radio Edit" is the same as the 45 version (unless we're going to account for the reverb anomaly Ed describes hearing at the very beginning of the commercial 45). Could anyone here who has a promo CD single copy please relay the actual timing info? I just got the US 3" single today with the single version and it sounds like
everything has been turned down slightly except for the drums and vocals.
Does anyone else notice it, too? The instrumental seems to have the drums
mixed at the same volume as the album version.
