That's the Radio Edit from the promo CD single. It runs 4:01 on my Promo Only compilation. According to the database, The Ataris' "Boys of Summer" has a run time of 4:17 on its parent CD So Long, Astoria (Columbia 86184), but runs only 4:01 on the Now 14 various artist disc (Sony Music Entertainment 90753).
