Now, only the CD "Soul Hits Of The 80's" indicates "LP length" on the database, but all other CDs show "version".
(S) (4:33) Sony Music 70310 Soul Hits Of The 80's (LP length)

I compared the U.S. commercial 45 with the U.S. "How 'Bout Us" LP. (Columbia 37008 "Actual 4:33/Listed 4:34")
I think that the 45 has an early fade from the LP. I don't feel that there are overdubs and edits.
My conclusion is "length". Everyone, which is your opinion, "length" or "version"?
