My U.S. promo CD single (Jive JDJ-42376-2) has the following two tracks:

1. Radio Edit (listed time 4:40)
2. LP Version (listed time 5:31)

Though not indicated in the database, there was also a 'radio edit' of this song. I have it on a just arrived import CD single, but I'm pretty sure there was a U.S. release of this edit. I have it on an RPM Top Hits CD, but, as usual, RPM fades it early.
