Thanks, Jim! That is most definitely the "Radio Mix." My US CD single does not have any listed times, but the "Radio Mix" has an actual time of 4:04, just like your promo CD. The album version on my CD single, by contrast, only runs 3:59. Aaron, the promo CD single I have only has one track on it. Its contents aren't exactly crystal clear, but it is the version we played on-the-air in 1998 - here are its details:

The US CD single (which I suppose is technically a maxi-single) has the album version as the lead track, with the "Radio Mix" as track 2. My station only played the "Radio Mix," which is the hit version to my ears.
