Aaron, there was an earlier thread for this song, where Todd researched/determined the existance of a promo CD single, MCAR-25208-2. This also happens to be the only promo CD single I own for this song, and in case it would be of any help to you, here are the details:

I have three different Promo Only CDs with the song "Crazy." One does not have a version designated, but it runs 3:38, and I'm quite positive it's the "Pop Radio Edit." Another disc has the "Pop Radio Edit" and runs 3:38. The third disc has the "Urban Radio Edit" and also runs 3:38.

The main difference in the Urban Radio Edit was the way they mixed the vocals.
