My promo CD for this one does not have printed times, but here are the versions and actual times:

PRCD 1830-2
1. Amended Version (4:21)
2. Album Version (4:21)
3. Instrumental (4:21)
4. A Cappella (4:15)
5. TV Track (4:21)

I have a unique version of "Work It" on a Promo Only CD, labeled as "Squeaky Clean." I've never been able to find this on any other CD, and it is not on the promo CD, which I own. This special version has alternate lyrics that are even cleaner than the "Amended Version" on the promo CD (which also has alternate lyrics). The only bummer about my PO CD is that it has less-than-desireable sound and appears to have come from a 128kbps file.
