Assuming that the video contains the 45 edit, this seems like a pretty easy
one.

I only located one edit and an early fade. Using the version from "Everybody
Wang Chung Tonight: Wang Chung's Greatest Hits," I did the following:

Delete 3:00.917 to 3:14.543 on the snare.
Fade from about 3:09 to 3:24.

Start of the fade may be slightly off. The video I was watching was of poor
