First, get the LP version on the 4-CD Tales From The Brothers Gibb (1990), which sounds superb throughout, and is my go-to Bee Gees collection.

To recreate the 45, from Tales, remove the 32 beats, snare to snare, from 3.12.3 to 3.32.4.

Brian, I've never seen an official US picture sleeve for "Love You Inside Out". I've seen a few different foreign ones. I've never seen the one you linked to before...it certainly doesn't look like anything they would've officially released in the US at the time. Like to see Paul Haney chime in on this. What to make of this? A picture US sleeve for "Love You Inside Out"? They're showing one on Discogs in the below listing, but I cannot see any other reference to another one online. It looks like the smaller brown image may be identical to the image from a French DJ sleeve, but in a different color. Don't know why someone would post these picture sleeve shots with a US 45.

Hello, Todd, you know, I have no idea if it was a radio only promo or not, but looking it up just now, I found this blurb:

"Too Much Heaven is a elaborately packaged box set issued by Barry Gibb’s American publisher, distributed to people in the music business. It was not released, and probably never will be, because doing so would require licensing the recordings from several major record companies. But it was officially produced, and some of the recipients have sold their copies, making it available to fans at premium prices. Beware: counterfeit copies have been made.

I was lucky enough to find the set just sitting in a used CD store that seemed to have a pipeline to promo only items. It cost me 50 bucks at the time, IIRC. And I think I even let out an audible squeal at seeing the track listing before I bought it. Heheh. That store is unfortunately long gone, but I was a regular there for a long time. Again, if anybody needs to compare any of the versions on the set to the 45's, let me know. Not to split hairs, but the edit is actually just after the "inside and out" at 3:10--before the snare hit. I also noticed that the 45 runs about 0.7% slower than the copy on the remastered "Greatest Hits."
