And also a bit different due to the
banjo strums. MWC Canada is Music World Creations, the
label who recorded this originally and released it in
Canada. I have a dub of a 45 (I
think from Yah Shure) that runs 3:17 (just shy of 3:18.)
Is it possible there are 2 separate 45's? The results were the same between the Bell stock 45 and the track from the Bell 6068 Sweet City Woman vinyl LP.

-----

As long as I have that same Bell LP on the turntable, here's a note for collectors of original American vinyl issues of Cancon top 40: "Carry Me," the lead-off track from the album, was the Stampeders' first Canadian hit and was issued as a single by U.S. Polydor (MWC was the band's longtime Canadian label.) The mix on the mono U.S. 45 is comparatively sparse, while the stereo mix on the U.S. Bell 6068 LP has added instrumentation, in evidence from the very first note.
