Exactly right. The promo single version just starts cold with "WAR!..." The tricky thing is the ending. There is unique audience applause on both the commercial 45 and promo 45. I don't think I ever remember hearing this played on the radio when it was out but I remember listening to it on the live 75-85 box set.

Does anyone remember hearing it on the radio and how was it played? Was it plated with the spoken intro or did it cut that part out and and start with "War......"
