I just checked NTWICM 40 in Audition 3's spectral view, and
I can confirm that no tracks are from mp3s.

Can you cite which volumes allegedly have tracks from mp3?

Can anyone who has picked up a copy the Now 40 CD please provide a list of the Top 40 songs that appear to have come from mp3 sources? I was able to get the uncensored (i.e. commercial download) version from the German commercial CD single, the only source for the single version in lossless format, to my knowledge. I did do spectral analysis and verified that it is indeed lossless.
