It is a terrific record. Do wish that there had been a Stereo mix available. I got lucky yesterday and found an unplayed 45 RPM promo copy. Cost me $2 and sounds superb. By the way, I'm amazed "Gypsy Woman" was never mixed in stereo. All domestic CD appearances of Brian Hyland's "Gypsy Woman" run a little bit longer at 2:31-2:34, which I suspect is the LP length. Does anyone have Hyland's self-titled parent vinyl LP from 1970 who can pass along the song's actual run time? (By the way, I didn't realize until now that the Hip-O Select label reissued that album on CD for the first time in 2006. my commercial 45 for the brian hyland song "gypsy woman"
issued as uni 55240 states the run time on the label as
2:35 but actually only runs 2:27.....if you fade the
greatest hits cd version for 0:08 from 2:19 to 2:27, you'll
effectively re-create the true vinyl 45 version.....both
the cd and 45 are in mono
