The LP length on the 2-CD Anthology (1993) runs
4:19, and sounds superb. Definitely mastered from a tape
source. I highly, highly recommend this set.

The track is played with a live drummer, and is not
played to a click track.

My 45 runs 3:42 at exactly the same tempo/speed as
Anthology.

To recreate the 45 length, add a 40-beat fade from the

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the Donna Summer Anthology handy? I was just working on editing "Love Is In Control (Finger on the Trigger)" and it sounds to me like it could have been mastered from vinyl but I am not sure.

If anyone wants me to send a WAV file I can do so. I am just wondering if it is from vinyl or is that the way it originally sounded.
