I think if you fold it and add some compression it should
match the 45. The 45 ends on the boom at 2:52.

dedicated mix? Only mono in the database is labeled

Ok, I've just now confirmed that Daddy Dewdrop released a self-titled LP in 1971 on the Sunflower label (catalog #SNF-5006), which presumably has "Chick-a-Boom..." on it. The database shows all CD appearances of Daddy Dewdrop's "Chick-a-Boom (Don't Ya Jes' Love It)" with run times of 2:48-2:50. Ed recently e-mailed me an mp3 of his 45, which actually clocks in longer at 2:55. Does anybody have a copy of the original LP that "Chick-a-Boom" first appeared (assuming there was one) and, if so, what is the run time on it?
