On "All Time Greatest Hits" RCA 6876-2-R the instrumental intro is, in fact, there. On "The Very Best of Neil Sedaka" 2 CD Set Universal Music TV 564-645-2 the instrumental is not there. It starts out with the vocal "In the Bible one thousand years B.C.". Time is 2:42. The only CD on which I have the song 'Run Sampson Run' by Neil Sedaka is All Time Greatest Hits.
