I must say that although most of the songs on the Complete Scepter Singles set are the correct mono 45 mixes, I'm disappointed to learn that a handful of them appear to be the stereo mixes summed down to mono. There is a difference in the mono and stereo versions of this song. On my 45 there are no horns following the 2nd verse line: "Well I've been starin' at the rain and I've been thinking". There ARE horns on the stereo version. There are also horns on the CD "The Complete Scepter Singles collection", so the mono issue on that CD its probably the stereo source summed to mono.
