The DJ is a Monarch printing; the delta faucet number is 040113. The tail end is truncated: the final "Madonna" is missing her period. It states "3-D" but it's obviously been folded down to 2-D.

The commercial copy is printed on a much higher quality paper stock than the DJ, so it's much easier to read. Last night, I was up late and ran across this on Ebay. I had heard rumors that this existed, but I had never seen one or even met anyone who had, so I didn’t believe it. But someone finally put one up for sale on Ebay. Apparently there were only a few issued, so the seller wants $1,200 for it –- it really is the all-time rarest Madonna item.

It’s a gonorrhea test that came back negative.

Happy April Fool’s.
