My commercial 45, confirmed as Mercury 72563, has a listed time of (2:23)
and an actual time of (2:21). Deadwax is a machine-stamped "YW 35958 2". I
only post this info because there are just two current db CDs that include
this song, and they both run longer, at (2:25) and (2:27).

FYI, I've long owned a 1993, 36-track Hondells Swedish import, on Star-Club
506011, that features the originial Mercury recordings. Since my local CT
Top 40 station played both this and the Critters' version throughout the
song's 1966 chart run, I wanted the Hondells version on CD. Unfortunately,
