To me, the best of the cut-in records is "Convention '72" by the
Delegates. This was a Dickie Goodman production and I believe all
of his 45s were issued in mono back then (regardless of
the various labels they were released on). If it exists
in stereo it's because somebody decades later took
stereo sources for each song used in the break-in record
and edited their own stereo version.

Though John & Ernest's "Super Fly Meets Shaft" reached #31 on the Billboard Hot 100, it is not listed in the database presumably due to a lower peak on other music charts.
