The music video version features a different edit
according to Wikipedia.

Although the single length IS Available on CD, the album version is much more common, and the edit to make the LP length match the single is very easy:

(Edit performed on freshly ripped track from "The Nylon Curtain" CD)

Remove 1:22 worth of the song from 2:22 to 3:44, on the downbeat.

That's it!

MY LP version seemed to run slightly faster than the single version, but there could be any number of reasons for that.
