Thanks to Jim, I got to listen to the edit carefully. It's possible there may be some subtle mixing differences (I don't hear anything, but the waveforms look a little different.)

For those interested, it appears the edit's pieced together with the following segments from the LP version.

1. 0:00-1:57 - Cut at end of chorus: ("who I am") to:

2. 2:16-2:29

3. 2:35-2:49

4. 3:01-3:45

There's a couple copies of the promo single on ebay right now, if you're looking to add it to your collection. I'm not exactly sure where the edits are...
