Mono mix is dedicated. Capitol then was a union shop, and
no fold downs then. I don't know the exact criteria used to differentiate between, say, a mono and stereo mix, however...to my ears the mono mix of GOMM is different enough from the stereo to warrant an LP/45 version notation..even if all of the elements are the same.
