There is one promo listed on Discogs with a shorter version.

Pendulum Records PROR99-2

(Listed Times Only).

1. Lately (Radio Edit) 4:05
2. Lately (Main Edit) 4:18
3. Lately (Instrumental) 5:17
4. Lately (Call Out Research) 0:10

But I noticed that the A Cappella chorus starts at about 3:27 on the single and runs to about 3:57, when other instruments come back in. So the 4:05 version may not be what you're looking for, unless the listed time of 4:05 is incorrect and runs less than that.

Need some help with this one.   The version we know and love is the common 4:17 single
version, but I once owned an X-Mix RadioActive CD with an edit which faded sooner during
the A Cappella chorus. Does anyone have any promo CD single info you could post here?
No mention of a shorter version in the database.
