Going by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2lQgvv6bNA then no, it uses the Clean LP Version instead, where the words are reversed.

It was definitely the "clean version" from the promo CD which is the
album version with cool "scratch" sound effects over the 3 bad
words throughout the song. I heard it many times on the radio back
in 1994. I also believe MTV used the same audio for the music
