(I don't want them asking questions!)

As a side note, the person who did the score for Napoleon Dynamite "borrowed" the opening drums for one of the songs in the movie. It's not a direct sample, but you can clearly tell the intention was to copy the beat from "Jungle Fever."

There was a DJ on WPTR who would tell listeners that he refused
to play it, so stop requesting it, not because it was pornographic, but because it was terrible. They only played the long version. I called to
thank him. As far as airplay, it didn't last long, it was on and gone. Never played as an oldie. Probably charted that high because it sold well
enough to make up for spotty airplay.

Strangely, the only CD copies I can find (at least at the moment) have a very pronounced ground hum and buzz that gets worse toward the end. Does anyone have a CD that doesn't have the buzzing/hum? I managed to use noise reduction to get most of it out, but perhaps there's a clean transfer not based on Soul Hits Of The '70s Vol. 7.

Also, did this song get a lot of top 40 airplay? Considering it's an instrumental and went top 10 on the Hot 100, it's quite pornographic!
