I just listened to the version labeled "US Mix" on the reissue CD, and it has a spoken intro and applause that overlaps when the music begins. Paradise' CD, Warners 23755, It states 3:01 on the back and I time it out as 2:59. So are you looking for a

Dexy's Midnight Runners - "The Celtic Soul Brothers" is on

I have Janet Jackson's "Young Love" and "Come Give Your

The "Radio Edit" on iTunes is an edit of the (circa?) 1987 remix by Timmy Regisford. It seems to have been created to promote their original Greatest Hits collection. The true 45 version has supposedly been released on a Japanese import in 2019, but I
haven't been willing to pull the trigger on it -- I haven't heard or read anything about whether it's taken from vinyl, master tape, etc.
