All This and WWII has never been reissued on CD, and likely never will. I've heard from an inside source that the licensing would be a nightmare.

I really wish Rhino had licensed "Magical Mystery Tour" for their Ambrosia anthology...

Ed,
A few months ago I mastered this entire album from vinyl to Cd as a request from a friend. Still from vinyl, but it was mint and sounds very good. If you'd like a copy, or just a copy of the Ambrosia track, email me. -Mark M

Or maybe not, as thankfully, this prediction has now
proved false - yes, dreams do come true! :-) For all fans
of this soundtrack, including me (have had it on cassette
for years, and am also a big Ambrosia fan), it has now
been re-issued on CD here in the U.S., on the Hip-O
Select label (so it likely won't ever appear in Pat's
database, since it isn't being sold at traditional
retail). There's a nice half-page ad for it in the
current July 7 issue of "Goldmine" magazine (page 9).
Says "Deluxe Slipcase Edition features GATEFOLD SLEEVE
AND 32 PAGE FULL COLOR BOOKLET CONTAINING THE COMPLETE
ORIGINAL ARTWORK WITH LYRICS FROM THE ORIGINAL ALBUM
RELEASE." Heading over to www.hip-oselect.com to order my
copy now - any followers here??? :-)

i just received the full length double cd "all this and world war II", issued on the hip-o select label, and the 45 version of "magical mystery tour" is identical to this cd version, both run 3:54 as stated on the 45's label.....
