ok, it's out of print, but why is it so hard to find??? tried google and all, and nothing... anybody got an extra copy they wanna sell???

My wife easily got me a copy of the book last summer for my birthday. She ordered it from Amazon. But be prepared to pay a bit more than retail price now. Since it is so rare, the price has gone up.
