Despite this finally making its CD debut in 2006, my commercial 45 has both a listed and actual time of (2:40), :10 shorter than its CD appearance.

my commercial 45 issued as steed 710 states the run time as 2:40 and does indeed run that length and is just an early fade of the 2:50 cd/lp version...if you fade out for 0:08 from 2:32 to 2:40 you'll effectively re-create the vinyl 45 version.....
